Comments:

This is a very quiet campground outside of the Elephant Butte State Park and around 5 miles from Truth or Consequences. About the only things to do around here is spend time at the Elephant Butte Lake, or the hot springs in Truth or Consequences.

The campground is nicely laid out with lots of room between neighbors at the garden sites. The spacing of the others, pull through or back in, are just any other campground. The only negatives here are the lack of trash pickup, and the electric charge for anyone staying 7 nights or more. This is the first campground we were charged electric while staying only seven days.
