Comments:
This is really a “mobile home” park since 90% of the sites are full time residents. They do have all of the amenities like a clubhouse and gym; however, they were rarely used during the two weeks we were here. They have a “swimming pond” with a couple of aeration fountains, but no water purification filters that you would normally see with a swimming pool, and the water is green.
Caldwell is a nice town with everything you would need. Boise is 20+ miles east and is a really nice city to visit.
