Comments: This is our second time at Mustang Run. We stayed here over Thanksgiving back in 2018. Here’s a link to our first review
Not much has changed with the park, and the road noise is as loud as ever. But if you keep the windows closed, AC and TV on, you hardly notice it.
There are some new restaurants in the area so there are plenty of choices for dinner. Walmart is close by in Yukon, and Homeland grocery is right across Mustang Road.
I know I said the last time we were here that we would look for someplace farther away from I-40. Well, after reading the reviews of the other parks in the area, I’ll put up with the road noise.
Also, this park has storm shelters, which is a good thing because Oklahoma has had 20 tornados over the past two weeks.
