We arrived in St. Augustine a few days before Christmas and Jenna, Emily, and Frankie came down right afterwards for the week. The girls cooked us a fantastic Prime Rib Christmas dinner, which was absolutely delicious.
Since it was end of month / year I had to work a few mornings, so the girls spent the time going to the beach
On Saturday we took the Old Town Trolly around the city to learn more about St. Augustine’s history . It was a little chilly but very informative. Here’s some highlights.
Our time together came to an end way too quickly, and we said our goodbyes after the tour. zI think next year, when we are in Gulf Shores, I will take the week off so we can spend more time together.
As for Oma and Opa, we will be here for a few more weeks until we move south to have the body work done at Independence RV. Hopefully I’ll upload a few posts before then which is my New Year’s resolution for 2024.
