Since it was cold and raining today I decided to go check out the 48th Annual New Jersey RV & Camping Show at the Convention Center in Edison. This show is similar to the Atlantic City show held each year in February, although this show seemed to have a lot more vendors. The same dealers are at both shows, and they brought the same models to sell as well. (almost)
However, this show had more vendors than Atlantic City. Which was a good thing because we’re trying to decide where to go this year, and I was able to pick up a bunch of campground directories and guidebooks. We’ll only be able to take a couple of week long trips this year, so I’m looking for places within 200+ miles, so we have enough time to be tourists.
Of course, since I was there, I had to check out some of the motorhomes.

I was really surprised that none of the dealers brought a Newmar Ventana 4369 (my favorite) to the show. So this time, I would have to say the “Best in Show” coach was the Forest River Charleston 430RB (my close #2 favorite)

All in all, despite the nasty weather, it was a good day for keeping the dream alive!
