Our visit to the Mothership

After leaving Shepherdsville Kentucky we stopped in Indianapolis and Elkhart Indiana. We had an appointment at EQ Systems to replace the reversing contactor. I had been working with their support team by email for two weeks, and decided to have them do the repair since it would cost the same for them to expedite the part to me to replace. We arrived at the service center at 7am and was on our way by 9:30. EQ has great tech support and service.

We arrived at the Mothership on the Saturday before our scheduled appointment so we had enough time to pack our clothes and essentials and move over to the “Country Cottage” for the two weeks the coach would be getting repaired.

Bright and early on Monday morning (6AM) our Newmar Technician, Tracy, was at the coach ready to take in into the service center and start the repairs.
