Repair completed

Last March, before leaving Ho Hum RV Park, we had the coach washed and waxed. While using the buffer on the front passenger side front panel the vibration popped the panel at the seam. You can read more about it here.

We dropped off the coach at Independence RV in Winter Garden Florida bright and early on the 22nd and moved into a tiny house 15 miles away in Clermont for the week.

It was a very nice place to spend the week, but it wasn’t home. After living in our coach for seven years you get used to where things are and have a routine. Even making coffee was an adventure, it took us about 20 minutes to figure out how to work the Keurig machine. LOL

We were originally scheduled to pick up the coach on the 29th but were delayed one day because the body shop wanted the caulking to fully cure before we headed out, which I had no issues with since we are quite happy with the job they did. It’s apparent why they are a Diamond rated Newmar service center.

We are now at Keystone Heights RV Resort until the end of March when we begin our northern migration.

It’s good to be back home.

Until next time,

Safe Travels
